Shipping Information

Blizzard TT currently offers:

• Free pickup at Gulf City Mall
• TTPost delivery within Trinidad & Tobago for a flat fee of TTD $35

Payment Requirements

Full payment must be completed before orders are processed or shipped.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank transfer
• Debit/Credit card payments
• Approved online payment methods available at checkout

We do not offer:

• Cash on delivery (COD)
• Partial payments
• Pay-on-pickup unless explicitly arranged

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

• 1–3 business days for regular items
• Longer for custom BlizzLab orders depending on complexity

Customers will be contacted via WhatsApp or email regarding:

• Pickup readiness
• Delivery confirmation
• Custom order approval and timelines

Delivery Notes

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and TTPost processing
• Blizzard TT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate

Pickup Information

Free pickup is available at:
Level 1, Gulf City Mall, near Yoyoso and Beyond Games

Customers will be notified once orders are ready for collection.
